That’s a game that felt like it could’ve come under any of Liverpool’s last three managers.

One thing I always liked about Jurgen Klopp teams was how you could usually trust them to follow up a bad performance with a better one.

No amount of sugar in all of the world could coat that.

Finally. I’ve seen us win there before, four times. But I’ve never seen us win a ‘normal’ game of football there. 

It’s the second week in a row that the 60-minute mark is the signalling of a clear and present upping of Liverpool’s tempo, performance and intensity.
